Metal Storage Boxes
It's easy to organise the muddle of tools, toys and equipment in your garage, by using spray paint to label metal containers. It's as easy to paint metal as it is wood or plastic - all you need is a letter stencil and a can of spray paint. Metal boxes and letter stencils are easy to find cheaply at the DIY store, ready for you to transform at home.

Use the letter stencils to create stencils of words to label your boxes. Transfer the letters onto thin card, and cut them out with a sharp craft knife.
Spray the back of the card with the cut-out letters with Repositional Adhesive. Place it in the centre of the front box panel, cover the areas you don't want to spray with newpaper. Press down firmly, and spray with a thin, light coat of Satin Super Real Red.
Allow to dry, then remove the stencil.
Note: Always follow usage instructions on the reverse of Plasti-kote spray paint cans.
