Primers for Every Surface – Preparing your Project Perfectly

Plasti-kote, the market leading brand in spray paints and part of the Valspar Corporation, has launched a new range of Primers for perfect project preparation.
Plasti-kote Primers for Polystyrene, Plastic and Aluminium are specially formulated to ensure that surfaces are prepared correctly to achieve the perfect finishing coat.
Polystyrene Primer provides a protective barrier to prevent the polystyrene from dissolving and can even be used on high density polystyrene. It is a multi purpose product that is ideal for decorating and arts & crafts. The RRP for a 200ml can of Polystyrene Primer is ₤6.99 inc VAT.
Plastic Primer gives extra adhesion to any Plasti-kote top coat and is ideal for renewing and decorating common household plastics. It can be used on both interior and exterior rigid plastic surfaces such as patio furniture, plant pots and storage boxes etc. The RRP for a 400ml can of Plastic Primer is ₤6.49 inc VAT.
Aluminium Primer provides a perfect key on any aluminium surface such as bike frames, model aircraft etc. It gives an even layer of base colour and increases adhesion of the topcoat. The RRP for a 400ml can of Aluminium Primer is ₤6.49 inc VAT.
Plasti-kote Primers are touch-dry in 20 - 40 minutes and thoroughly dry in 4 hours. Allow to dry for 10 minutes between coats.
