Plasti-kote, the market leading spray paint brand of the Valspar Corporation, has strengthened its management team by appointing Paul Silk in the newly created role of Head of Sales and Marketing.

Paul (43) joins Plasti-kote from Addis where he was Business Development Director and part of the corporate board that returned Addis to profitability. "Paul's appointment reflects Plasti-kote's continuing growth in the spray paint market, both in the UK and across Europe," said Mike Watson, Global Managing Director, Aerosol. "With 33% of our business now outside the UK, Paul's broad commercial and change management experience will give Plasti-kote the additional skills needed to strengthen its position further in the global spray paint market."
